Curry Flavoured Baked Chicken



















Ingredients:
* Chicken pieces (bone in)
* A dash of ground ginger
* 1 teaspoon of paprika
* 8 oz. of melted butter
* 2 tablespoons of curry powder
* Black pepper (to taste)
* 1 small sliced onion
Method:
1) Combine melted butter, curry powder, ginger, salt and paprika
2) Set chicken in shallow roasting pan, top sides down and thoroughly baste on both sides with
seasoned butter mixture
3) Bake at 375� for roughly 20 minutes, basting often with the sauce
4) Turn all pieces of chicken and continue baking for a further 20 minutes
5) Pour off sauce from roasting pan, place in small sauce pan and add onions to mixture
6) Place over low flame to simmer gently
7) Now set chicken over grill and brown to nice, rich colour, spooning some of the sauce from time
to time over same
8) Pour rest of sauce over chicken and serve with rice
