Strawberry Jujubs




Ingredients:
30 g Gelatin
40 g Sugar
Pink Colouring
Strawberry Essence
1 1/2 cups Water
Method:
Boil water.
After boiling water take half from it.
Add Gelatin to one half & mix.
Add sugar to other half of water and boil it until it get melt.
Then add Gelatin, Pink Colouring, and Strawberry Essence to the sugar mixture mix it well.
Pour the mixture in to a tray & let it cool.
Cut in to small pieces & dip in sugar.
